We all take family photos. But who do we consider family? And how do you portray them? 'Families' offers a fresh perspective on the classic family portrait.
The exhibition brings together historical and contemporary photography that questions the traditional family image. You'll see work by Diane Arbus, Robert Doisneau and Bieke Depoortere, among others, alongside images by anonymous makers and families. Author Niña Weijers wrote 10 texts on the theme, while artist Ugo Woatzi developed a new series of family portraits.
