Cantine
In bistro-bar Cantine at Het Zuid, you can find delicious wine with accompaniments for sharing. Read the menu and you'll feel like you've been whisked off to the Mediterranean. Choose a table in the trendy interior or a spot on the terrace.
Scheldestraat 77, Het Zuid
TA-NNIN
Also at Het Zuid and near a magnificent art-nouveau building, you'll find TA-NNIN. A place to enjoy an urban vibe, tasty sharing dishes and an eclectic selection of organic, biodynamic and natural wines. Most wines come from smaller vineyards from less familiar regions.
Volkstraat 50, Het Zuid
Het Archief
Within a stone's throw of the Boerentoren and behind an unremarkable façade, you'll find a very remarkable interior: made entirely of cast iron. As the archive for the province and diocese, this metal book tower from 1851 remained closed to the public for many years. Until now. Come to see and enjoy Het Archief, a very special wine shop and wine bar.
Geefsstraat 5, Historic Centre
Glou Glou
Glou Glou is a popular place on the lively Moorkensplein in Borgerhout. In 2023, Michelin crowned this wine bar with a Bib Gourmand, restaurants with an excellent price-quality ratio. Enjoy natural wines, a sharing concept with seasonal dishes, and professional service.

Belgian Wines
At Theaterplein, you can discover that Belgium is also a wine producer. Visit the famous weekend market or go for a show in one of the many theatres and venues. From there, you are only a few steps away from wine bar Belgian Wines. A surprising array of wines awaits you, from Heuvelland to Haspengouw and from Hageland to the Ardennes.
Oudevaartplaats 24, Theatre district
Glass Wine & Bistro
Glass is the attractive evidence that a wine bistro can also earn a Michelin star. The soft music, white and red floor tiles, and burgundy colour scheme all refer to the exquisite and refined wine list, featuring no less than 26 wines that you can order by the glass. The savoury bistro dishes are generous and tasty.
Vlaamsekaai 40, Het Zuid
Petite Renaissance
A charming wine bar with an authentic character in the Fashion District. Here you can enjoy aperitifs with quality Italian wines and artisanal meats cut on a traditional meat slicer. Small dishes and cocktails & mocktails also feature on Petite Renaissance's menu.
Theodoor van Rijswijckplaats 3, Fashion district
Wijnfaktorij
Wijnfaktorij is not a classic wine bar, but definitely worth a visit. The only wine producer in Antwerp, the Wijnfaktorij offers delicious Belgian wines, made from home-grown grapes, which you can buy in the welcoming little shop. Tastings are held every Saturday, when you will also learn more about the winemaking process.
Did you know? Some of the wines mature in the historic cellar of Het Steen, the oldest building in Antwerp. The rosé wine 'Chansaar' is also available in the Antwerp City Shops at Het Steen and Centraal Station.
Vleminckstraat 6, 2000 Antwerp
Tango Antwerp
Tango is a hotspot at the lively Sint-Paulusplaats: a sunny corner building that oozes charm, without any airs and graces. Picture this: homemade cocktails, surprising wines, cold beers and bar food with flair - from bone marrow on toast to artichoke with salsa verde, courtesy of chef Kirsten Sprokkelenburg (formerly of Le Pristine). Here, it is all about taste, ambiance and indulgence. Want to make a reservation? There’s no need! Just walk in, sit down and enjoy.
